We've come a long way since owner Darwin Sinche built the business from the ground up, starting at our old location on the edge of North Minneapolis. Prior to opening, the parking lot was unpaved and full of mostly junker taxis, inside the shop there was garbage and debris about four feet high in the main area of the shop and six feet high in the office. DJ Foreign Auto Care staff used a lot of elbow grease to make this location into a workable, clean and safe space! We even asked a Catholic priest to bless the shop to get rid of any bad juju. While we started out initially as more of a general auto repair shop, Darwin has always had a passion for fixing foreign cars and his goal was to eventually specialize primarily in European and import auto repair and maintenance.
