My name is Marc Gross, Im an ASE Certified Madter Tech for Automotive and Heavy Duty Vehicles. I owned a shop down in Florida for 20 years. After retiring from turning wrenches I decided to drive trucks for a living over the road. We rd entry bought three used vehicles, one of which is a 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman. My son purchased the vehicle against my recommendations, as I explained to him, the car is essentially a BMW and any repairs could be expensive. He purchased a 3rd party aftermarket warranty thru CarShield, as Im not always home in case something might go wrong with the vehicle and just in case he saved up $2500 in an account to help him cover repairs as he really wanted the car. Recently he developed a bad oil leak and car was running rough and not moving very well. I reached out to CarSheild and was put in touch with DJ Foreign Auto as a facility that specialized in BMW and accepted the CarShield warranty program. Ive had nothing but upfront and honest communications with Bob, and CarShield. Theyve been professional and have been upfront and honest about the diagnosis of my sons vehicle. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Fir those who have left bad reviews, Im sorry you cant realize that you own an expensive foreign vehicle that comes with expensive repairs. Although most foreign vehicles are built to a higher standard for durability, if your buying it used, trust me theres a reason the previous owner is trading it in or selling it, typically because its in need of repairs they cant afford. Maintain any vehicle new or used comes with a price. Buy a vehicle that falls within the price range that you can afford to maintain. Stop blaming the mechanic or the shop they work in because you cant afford the price tag that comes with the repair, start listening to the recommendations they give you to repair your vehicle PROPERLY. Yes ther are occasions where repairing one problem may lead to the discovery of another, thats because you dont properly maintain your vehicle in the first place. You can bitch moan and groan all you want bought the shop or the mechanic. Yes there are shady shops, there are bad mechanics out there. DJ Foreign Auto Care and their staff are some of the best Ive ever encountered and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. Marc Gross

I have used their services for several years, and I have always been very pleased with the repairs and maintenance regarding my 2005 Mercedes SL 500. They have kept my car in excellent shape. I particularly like the fact that they always make sure that I understand what would be done, how much it would cost, and keep me informed in regard to the progress of repairs. They have obviously made me a loyal customer, and I strongly encourage others to use their services.

DJ’s is great. They made me feel at home from first encounter to the completed repairs. I have a 2004 BMW 325 CI with SMG transmission. I’ve had intermittent SMG reliability issues for some time but DJs was the first place to offer a comprehensive evaluation and service. Their work was top-notch and delivered at a fair price. The SMG is now working like new, even at -10 degrees this morning. I will definitely be going back for any and all needed service.

I took my Audi Q7 in for excessive oil consumption issues. Ended up needing some major engine repair that required taking the engine out for a valvetrain repair. DJ Foreign Auto did a really good job walking me through the process and keeping me updated with pictures (Darwin the lead tech in particular was fantastic). Although it took longer than expected to complete the work, I am very happy with the results and the Audi has new life again. I will be coming back here for future service and would recommend this place particularly for your German car repairs and maintenance needs.
