I was looking for a new shop after purchasing a used Lexus that needed some maintenance and repair work that was going to total a fair amount of $$. After an initial conversation with service writer Justin, I felt they were eager to build a lasting relationship and I saw that they also had good reviews. After presenting them with a comparison estimate from another shop, DJ Foreign Auto Care offered to meet the cost of the other estimate (they weren't necessarily that far apart to begin with, but I appreciated them taking the extra step to meet the price on one of the needed repairs). They stayed in touch while the vehicle was in the shop and provided email updates with photos of the parts that needed replacement. I felt they were very thorough in their inspection and recommendations for future work, yet reasonable in the sense of not going overboard with recommendations.

I was in for an oil change and got Great service and a car wash. This is my second visit, Staff were friendly both times. I was an hour early and justin still got me in and out real quick. Would recommend and go back again.
