These guys work on my SL55 AMG and here's how I feel: Darwin and his people are BEST you will find in the metro area. Not only do they know about the mechanics of imports but they know about the electronics (ECU, wiring, etc). These guys worked with me for near 6.5 months (maybe a tad more), as I threw a rod in my engine, bought a bad engine and had to get another from an out of state seller. These guys were patient the whole time and did darn good work! I recommend Darwin and his team to everyone who has an import...they'll get the job done. However, when I finally picked up my car, they had already sold my previous engine, which being a supercharged import engine, had quite some value. Being excited to get my car back, I didn't inquire about it on the spot and called them several days later and they said they sold it the SAME day I picked up my car. Very disappointed they made no effort to return my parts or compensate me for what had/does belong to me. I still say 5 stars

Very satisfied with the work they did for me on 2 different occasions. They communicated with me about the status of my car and did everything requested. They check over the vehicle looking for potential problems. Once the vehicle is done they wash it. Very friendly and professional.

Looking for a good and honest mechanic then this is the place for you.My Cooper needed some work done under a bad BMW warranty company and with DJ'S persistent nagging they had 4 grand covered on my car.Thank you guys for having my back and treating me like I work hard for my money because I do you saved me Big time!

I went here to have my sunroof on my e46 looked at to see if the could diagnose the problem. They did and gave me good options to rectify the problem; the person i talked to (forgot his name) was very helpful and went out of his way to find good prices for a new frame. They also provided me a ride to my hotel and back and the lady was very nice. They also overlooked my car and found other little problems that i was curious about. The mechanics knew their stuff as i picked their brains about it! Darwin, the owner, then sent me a postcard for visiting them from Duluth. I was very pleased with them, not only with service, but how personal they were with me. Definitely great service and will recommend to anyone!

My brakes started making some funny noises on Tuesday night. I called DJ Foreign Auto care Wednesday morning. I spoke with Darwin and explained what was going on. He said bring the car in and he can take a look at it right away. My car is very important for the success of my business as I am often times driving from one office to the next for different meetings; I can't afford to be without a car for very long. With my schedule, I was able to get the car to his shop at 3:00pm. His shop is very convenient for people who work downtown. Despite not having a foreign car, Darwin was more than happy to help. A quick look at the brakes he saw the issue and was able to get parts for my car and have everything fixed before 5:00pm. He also did a thorough inspection of my car as well and pointed out a few areas to be aware of. The car is running great and the cost was less than I was expecting it to be when I walked in. This was the first time I have used DJ Foreign Auto Care and with service like this it will not be the last.

Recently brought my BMW into DJ Foreign, and had a great experience. The diagnosis was quick; the master mechanic Micheal gave a through breakdown of the diagnosis, and was very open to answering any questions. Further, I personally would rate this auto-care shop as the best independent shop in the State. The owners Darwin and Jennifer ("DJ") exceeded my expectations on their hospitality. This is one of those family owned businesses that truly advocates for its customers.
